For those of us who have been to Thailand, this one should be fairly easy to recognize.

Correct, this is one of the Floating Markeds we can find a several locations in and around Bangkok. This particular one is located near Kanchanaburi, a couple of hours drive West Northwest of Bangkok.

I bet we all have been walking the streets of Bangkok, Pattaya, or Jomtien when someone approaches us with pictures and maps trying to sell us a trip to one of these markeds. 🙂

However, many of the tourists will normally get to those marked with some friends or family, or already arranged tour operators ( some package deal). It has become more and more commercialized, but still something which should be experienced. Especially since there are so many types of fruits, vegetables, and herbs to get to know.
